Question / Help OBS freezing during live stream

Yes until yesterday i have not had this problem..Now my obs is starting to freeze and my FPS drop significantly while this freeze happens! My upload speed is 3.5mbps so i dunno if that is the case or not! but i have always had my bitrate set at 1000 and until yesterday have had no problems what-so-ever! Any help would be great..Please and thanks!

Where it says
Physical Memory: 4095MB Total, 4095MB Free

the computer i stream on has 8gb ram!

You probably need to downscale a bit more.
And about the RAM, OBS sees only 4GB coz it's a 32bit program.

i been streaming at a resalution of 1280x720 for a year now and no problems until yesterday! What could have changed?

oh the audio is fine but its just the video that freezes up!

Is it buffering in the twitch video player?

No OBS video just freezes for a second or two but the audio goes through!
