When I press stop streaming button the OBS freezes, it's window says "not responding" and is greyed out, when i check task manager obs is taking more and more RAM every second for about a minute. After this stream it went all the way to 5.1GB consumed, then it flushes out and goes back to under 50MB and started responding again. No delay set on the stream, it's actually quite the opposite to what happens when you use delay and stop streaming (loads of stuff in RAM, getting flushed out over the delay period).

Edit I just realized that there are previews in the log too, last 2 streams count, doesn't happen on preview:
