OBS Freezing and Crashing - Then Opening a Random Folder

When I start streaming to Twitch using OBS - OBS freezes after a few minutes and then my file explorer will open up. I'm new to OBS and it doesn't seem like it should be doing this. The crash log is attached. Any suggestions?
