Question / Help OBS Freezing After 5-10 Seconds But Still Records Audio

OBS freezes after 5 or so seconds, but it records the audio for the entire video. I don't know what to do (other than start an audio podcast). I've tried lowering FPS to 30, setting downscale to 1.5x, and changing bitrate and buffer size. Please help! Thank you.
