Question / Help obs freezes ?

Ram :
HyperX Savage HX316C9SRK2/8 Arbeitsspeicher 8GB (1600MHz, CL9) DDR3-RAM Kit (2x4GB)

GPU :
MSI V320-005R GTX960 NVIDIA Gaming 100ME Grafikkarte (PCI-e, 2GB GDDR5, HDMI, DVI, 1 GPU)

CPU :
AMD FX 8350 Octa-Core Prozessor (4GHz

Mainboard :
Gigabyte GA-970A-DS3P Mainboard Sockel AM3+



Everything worked fine till i decided to install a ssd.
After i installed windows 7 and installed all the programms i wanted to stream via obs , the problem is that i start it and short after the Computer freezes for like 3-5 minutes.

After the freeze everything works normal and 5-10 minutes later it starts again.

I allready checked my Ram , my HDD/SSD no errors till here.

So the problem started after you installed an SSD or after you reinstalled windows? I would say to check drivers for your Gigabyte motherboard first. make sure all windows updates are complete, (this might take a full day) but update everything and check multiple times that all the updates have taken. OBS is a very stressing program so if there is any instability or anything else running, things might not work the way they are intended.
 
First i just had a normal HDD with windows 8.1 so i bought my ssd .
Then i installed a new Windows 8.1 on the ssd but got still those freezes.
After i tried same with windows 7.

Drivers are all up to date, i ordered new RAM and a new ethernet card + cable to see if that changes something now :(
