Question / Help OBS Freezes while Audio goes on

I'm having this issue where while I'm streaming all of the video will freeze, but the audio will go on. Any idea on how to correct the issue or what I should be looking for?

If it helps, the issue was first noticed after I started playing Ori and The Blind Forest, and I've been having the issue with other games since then.

you can also upload the file from the log folder and it may be easier to view. open OPS an click on help then open log folder. If the latest file is 0k in size just pick the one before that to upload.
 
this is my most recent log. I reverted back to windows 7 and i'm still having issues with OBS lagging. everything it catches lately is extremely choppy while streaming. Can anyone help? i'm sure the freezing will be back.

Discovered that a graphics card is to blame for this freezing issue. Mine were in crossfire. Took them out of crossfire and now things are working fine however, one of the cards is likely going bad. Anyone else having this issue may like to know that.
