Question / Help OBS freezes while adding video capture Device during setup.

I just bought a new laptop (asus tuf) and is attempt to test it out for streaming purposes. I have a c920e Logitech camera. I am usually following tutorials on YT on setting up obs since i'm new to it. During the step of adding video capture device obs freezes. I have no clue on how to troubleshoot this.

So i had a feeling there was a conflict, i disabled another webcam, it must've been the laptops. I also set the program to run as administrator.
