Question / Help Obs freezes when opening/closing menus (log incl)

Hi y'all! I have been using OBS for over a year now, with no real issues. about 2-3 weeks ago, though, it started a new thing wherein it freezes every time a menu is opened or closed, when the program is launched and when it closes, and when I start or end recording or streaming. After a few seconds of freezing in each case, the program will continue to function as normal. I have already been through many possible steps, including: uninstalling/reinstalling the program, reinstalling the gpu drivers, checking all other drivers, disabling xbox gamebar, running in administrator mode, disabling any overlays in program compatibility settings. None of these have made the slightest difference. I can use the program still, but it is seriously hampering my workflow, and I'm worried that it will completely crash some day. Any thoughts from any of you smarties about this? Any help is muuuuuuuch appreciated!

Forgot to add that part to initial post. This error was occuring on the most recent version of obs, so another thing I tried was installing an older version, which had no effect. Obs is updated again, and here's the new log file: https://obsproject.com/logs/3UaNkoNFvI_A3ajz

With OBS closed, move the contents of %appdata%\obs-studio to a new folder on your desktop then try again.

1. HOORAY! Everything seems to be running smoothly again, thank you so much for the help!
2. If I import my scenes back into obs, do you think I'll run into the same problem? Should I rebuild everything from scratch?

you may have the problem again if you re-import your scenes
