OBS freezes up during live Twitch stream

This issue has been occurring since June 22 and I can't understand what's causing it. OBS freezes randomly when I'm live. Sometimes it happens when I'm offline. I'm forced to end the OBS process in the Windows task manager and restart OBS to get back to normal. Sometimes it freezes again afterwards. The pattern I've noticed is that it tends occur when I switch scenes. Last night this happened just when I exited Aim Lab while my Aim Lab scene was still active. I use the Game Capture source to show Aim Lab or Valorant (both in different scenes). I used to have third-party OBS plugins installed but have since reinstalled OBS. The only external plugin I have is Elgato Stream Deck.

I'm including the log when the issue occurred. I've tried uploading crash reports (i.e. dump files) via OBS -> Help -> Crash Reports but don't know whether they've been received or even uploaded. Unfortunately the last memory dump I created didn't overwrite my old one--I can upload that if it helps. It's from August 1st.

I'm using the latest OBS Studio 27.2.4

System specs:

Windows 11 Home 64 bit
16 GB RAM
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080
Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-8700 CPU @ 3.20GHz 3.19 GHz

Windows 11 isn't recommended for production for most people. Some people had no issues but others do have issues with it.
Verify every plugin you have installed if are up to date or need to be updated and compatible with latest version of OBS and win11.

To better check your internet connection against twitch servers, use this tool:

Did it freeze when you're performing an action in OBS or simple happens at any random moment?

The frozen behavior in OBS happens when I switch scenes most times. Doesn't matter which scene. In the majority of cases, it occurs in scenes that are playing a video, such as my "BRB" screen, or when I switch to a different game. As mentioned in my post, Valorant and Aim Lab are shown in OBS as individual "Game Capture" sources. Each of them is in a separate scene so I can easily swap them out. I control these scenes with Stream Deck. However, sometimes OBS freezes when I manually switch scenes by clicking on them within OBS, so I doubt it's an issue with the Stream Deck plugin.

Only the Stream Deck plugin is third-party. I have no other plugins installed besides the standard plugins already pre-installed in OBS.

Right now I'm just guessing.
Try everything, including restarting the computer, not just turn it off and on.
If the issue is related to the mov files, you can try transcoding them into mp4 or webm. I use webm as this consume less system resources than mov or mp4 files, plus the transparency.
Some months ago a few people had issues with mov files and solved it transcoding it to webm.
There are several guides on how to convert mov to webm with transparency (if you use it) using ffmpeg. You have programs you can use too, like HandBrake, but the resulting file could be a little bigger.

In Starting scene you have 2 game-capture of Plane9 Visualizer.

Anyway, it shouldn't be an issue any of this. The only thing I see that can be causing problems is win11.
And if you're using windows update to install updates for the GPU drivers, stop doing it. Use GForce Experience or download it directly from nVidia. If this is your case, you may need to do a clean install of the driver:

Thank you so much! I'll definitely try converting the MOV file to webm. I have Davinci Resolve so it should be able to support webm. As for the NVIDIA drivers, I use NVIDIA Geforce Experience so we're good there!

The duplicated Plane9 Visualizer is intentional, as I'm showing one at the top and another at the bottom, but I can keep it to just one.

Yes, beta 2 fixed most bugs but still have others.
Worth a try. Remember you need to login to services again and is adviced to use the auto-configuration wizard.
