OBS freezes the whole PC but audio continues

Hi,
I recently upgraded my processor from ryzen 5 3400g to ryzen 9 5900x and with the previous one I have never had problem to stream, never crash or freeze pc.

With the new processor I can't stream more than 15-20 minutes without suddenly the whole pc freezes until I restart it (in discord I still hear them but they don't hear me, the music keeps playing and the stream ends instantly).

IT ONLY HAPPENS WHEN I HAVE OBS STREAMING

I have done stress benchmarks of 10 minutes and I have not had freezes. with the cpu at 100%

On the second monitor I tried to have core temp and task manager open to see that there is no temperature or usage spike but everything is normal. CPU at 45-50 degrees (which is my idle temps) and usage never exceeds 20% at the time of freeze.

I tried changing encoder from NVENC to x264 and the same thing happens.

I'm not undervolting or overclocking.

Latest video drivers, chipset, obs.

OBS Logs doesnt show anything at the time of the freeze

Any ideas? Thx for reading allat

edit:
looking at the failed streams, I have noticed that ALL THE ATTEMPTS (5 streams) end just when my time on the pc reaches XX:20 - XX:30 - XX:00
Right at the time of crashing and what I have been able to see also when my pc freezes, all times it is at 20:29pm 21:59pm 23:19pm.
Could it be that some driver or windows task which is performed every X exact time may be inferfing with obs? Or am I crazy.

In windows event viewer I see nothing but a SECURITY-SPP event that repeats several times very close to the freeze time, it doesn't seem to be a coincidence because it has happened in several of the freezes.

Of course it could be something at Operating System level, like a Scheduled Task
or, you could have an OBS Studio plugin with a timer set?

Have you tried OBS Studio in portable mode with NOT plugins to test?
