Question / Help OBS freezes my video playback....

Ok, so I get basically NO lag when I record with OBS playing Minecraft, But in the video itself (Playback) freezes about 2 seconds into my recording.

Are my settings too high? too low?
Is my Computer not strong enough to use OBS?
Does OBS not like Minecraft?
