Question / Help OBS freeze while recording or streaming - couldn't find solution

Hi,

I've been looking a lot for my title and I found a lot of similar posts but none of them helped.

I have a super strong PC (I5-7600, GTX1080) and when I stream or record games on my computer (using elgato game capture) the recording and/or the stream freeze every few seconds and it's super annoying obv.

This thing doesn't happen if I stream my desktop (using same Global Resource -> Game Capture).

I need help cause I almost giving up stream haha
