Hey I got this problem with OBS when i try stream a game, the FPS is horible, it drops down to 16-24 FPS, The problem is it is only using around 50% of my CPU that means there is a bunch more power it can use so it dont have to be that low FPS.
I am using a I7 4770K
32 gb ram 1800 hz
780 ti
windows 10 pro
500 mbit up/down
I am clueless to what the hell the problem is.
even games that are 20 years old have area's that just drops frames for no reason what so ever.
I have tried to lower the bitrate, i have tried to speed up the encoding, i have tried to downscale it to 720p ( no i wont go further down) Nothing seems to work. The use of my CPU ofc. changes but the output FPS does not. It say 0% dropped frames. But the output framerate is just bad, and it is the whole OBS that lags not just the stream. I am simply clueless to what the hell is going on.
Before people ask about my GPU it is not overloading, as i am monitoring both GPU CPU RAM SWAP, Upload And download, and none of those are capped out.
