Bug Report OBS Framerate drops when obs isn't active/clicked on window

I saw the thread here ( https://obsproject.com/forum/thread...-drop-when-not-being-the-active-window.73813/ ) and read over it. I seem to have the same issue when my OBS window is clicked on/active. I stream at 60FPS and it drops down to 20/30ish FPS.

I have all windows game capture/dvr etc disabled and malwarebytes isn't blocking anything. It has been happening on this new build

just wanted to add that it seems like it is preview only, viewers say they don't notice it. Wondering if I switched back to 30FPS if it would calm down abit.
