Question / Help OBS frame drops

I have Streamlabs OBS and two monitors so when I stream i have obs on one screen and the game on my main monitor. My computer has a GTX 1050 and an i5-7600k and when I play counterstrike at 720p 60fps in obs it'll often times drop to 30FPS or below. Is my gear not good enough or do i just have a setting wrong?

Can you do a few minutes' worth of streaming (Doing what you would normally do in-game) then stop the streaming session, then upload a current logfile please so I or someone else can further assist in troubleshooting:
