Rendering lag is GPU overload, try running your monitor @ 120HZ. This may be enough to eliminate that part of the lag.

what about missing fonts? i started to see it only for 2 days and only when stream diablo4.

Not sure why you're seeing it sometimes & not on others but usually it's because those fonts are not on the system. Nothing to worry about.

If you notice some rendering lag remaining, you'll need to reduce the load some more. Run a test see how it goes.

Your set-up looks good, nice & simple but disable Game DVR in Windows Gaming. It's not needed & can waste resources.
