Question / Help OBS FPS Problem

So around a month ago i used dxtory to stream pc and got perfect fps on obs but now when i stream anything it goes at 30 fps for a while then drops to 1 and doesnt move, i would love some help with this

Encoding appears to be the issue for you here, the encoder is taking up 290ms per frame. which is.. insanely bad. I think this may be related to the APU, but not entirely sure.

First, try lowering your FPS. Second, if that doesn't help, try turning off "Use CFR" in advaced.
