Hello guys, sorry for my bad english.
In previous system (Windows 7) i streaming Counter-Strike: Global Offensive with these settings:
Res.: 1280x720
FPS: 30
Bitrate: 2500
Buffer: 3500
I got aprox 150-200 FPS while streaming, but now?
Now I have Windows 10 Pro 64b and with same settings i got 30-50 FPS and game lagging as hell :(
Where is a problem please?
My PC spec.:
AMD Fx-8320 @4.0GHz
GTX660 2GB
2x4GB 1600MHz RAM
200 / 20 internet connection
OBS Studio ver.: 0.13.1
