Question / Help OBS FPS Issue (Steam)

For some reason when I start up a game on Steam, my OBS cannot handle it and drops to 5 frames everytime. All other games like Overwatch and PC games like that work though.

My processor is Intel(R) HD Graphics 520 (i5)

Does the problem persist with ONLY the game capture source?
Does the problem persist with OBS Studio?

The problem persist with Studio, XSplit, etc. As well as window capture, monitor capture, and game capture.

1080p30 veryfast on an Intel i5 6200U thats simply NEVER going to happen, especially not without a dedicated GPU which is quite hard not to upgrade since its an Notebook.

Using QSV wont be much of an Option as well. Thats why you inform yourself before you buy Hardware/Systems.

Im not really sure in what Scenario Overwatch and other Games work, but they definetly dont work in a good way and will never properly work if you try to hook into them to be able to capture any footage with that Hardware.

Weird, Overwatch and other Games do work just fine, it's mostly just Steam games that are lagging like mad.
