Question / Help OBS FPS Drops when streaming games, I previously could stream fine

Today, when i tried to stream, i booted up my game, like normal. However, all of a sudden, my in OBS FPS dropped to averaging 30-40 FPS. the same thing happened in Apex, and R6. I will say, in Apex, on low settings, i was experiencing lower FPS then usual, aswell as Audio desyncs. I thought it might be the new update, but i dont know right now.

Stream settings
720p @ 60FPS 4000KB Using Nvenc using the low latency preset.

Pc Specs
i7 6700k
12gb DDR4
RTX 2060 6gb

(ideas, and other fixes are greatly appreciated :D )
