Question / Help OBS FPS drops (StreamPC)

Hey hey,

sometimes while im streaming my OBS got FPS Drops (but i got no discarded frames)
I can see it on the Screen on my StreamPC. And the Drops goes also to the Stream on Twitch. But only Sometimes...
I use OBS Studio, and i can see the low FPS @ the OBS Studio Preview, it feels like around 15-20 FPS.

My Stream PC:
Win10 Pro
CPU: i7-2600k
Bitrate: 5000
Puffer: 6000
FPS: 40
CPU-Render: Medium
Capture Card: Avermedia Live Gamer HD Lite

The settings in OBS are perfect 4 me, its my good sweetspot. From one day to another those damn fps drops

Might be an issue with USB bandwidth. Try to make a new scene collections with only a single video capture device source and see if it works
