Question / Help OBS Fps Dropping

Hey guys , I've trying to stream The Forest but game runs normally without any lagg while on OBS its under 27 fps.
Do you have any tips for settings I could change , here's the log.

GPU Overload Issues

Encoding lag, in your case, is also GPU overload.

Your computer/GPU is not powerful enough to record this game on the settings you are playing, and record it in 1080p60. You should probably retarget either 720p60 or 1080p30.
