Question / Help OBS for Twitch Settings

I want to stream League of Legends mainly, hope you guys can help me to find the best option with my stats.

Motherboard: Asus SABERTOOTH P67
CPU: Intel Core i7 2600K @ 3400 MHz (max : 3800)
Memory: 8192MB DDR3-SDRAM 1600
VGA: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660 2048MB GDDR5


Operation System: Microsoft Windows 8.1
Windows Resolution: 1920x1080 (16:9)
League of Legends Resolution: 1920x1080 (16:9 Fullscreen)
Streaming Resolution: 1280x720

Ingame FPS without streaming: 180 - 200+
Ingame FPS with streaming: 120 - 100 (sometimes lower than 100fps)

keep in mind that the esimated bitrate might be to high and since you are almost cerntainly not a partnered streamer you dont want to cutoff your viewerbase in this case only for league of legends a bitrate between 1800-2500 is enough
