Question / Help OBS Footage Issue (Screen Flickers on Recording)

Hi Forum users!

My name is Chipface12 and I'm here to address an issue I found whilst using OBS. I was planning to record some Minecraft for my YouTube channel, but however when I went to view the footage, the FPS was great, but the gameplay kept flickering and doing weird nonsense. But, when I record, the screen is absolutely fine.

Can I get some help to fix this please?
