Bug Report OBS Fluctuating FPS (PLEASE HELP!!!)

So basically, all I have to do to destroy my FPS is open OBS. I record minecraft, I am running the game at 800 - 1.4k FPS without OBS open at all. I used to be able to record at a smooth 500-800 fps ingame while recording in 240 FPS at 80000 bitrate. It was working perfectly fine up until about a month ago. I have not changed any settings whatsoever... everything is the exact same... it all just seems to start as soon as OBS opens. Anyway I can fix this?

I can almost assure you, it is not my specs:

CPU: i7 7700 4.2ghz
Motherboard: asus maximus 9
RAM: 16gb
Total Memory: 1 tb
GPU: MSI geforce 1080 ti

Here are my renders ATM: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tYsXTJekK7Q

My ingame FPS With OBS Open: https://gyazo.com/10447fcf0c48bacd89116d4bcae625ce

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated! I am trying to figure out wether this is a bug in OBS that is currently going around or it is simply only me. I have tried deleting and reinstalling many different versions of OBS to try and get it to work, but nothing seems helpful. I have also removed all my recording settings and streaming settings... still nothing. if you can help, it would be appreciated! Thanks!

I have also added an attached file which is recent log. If anyone finds that important/useful! Keep me updated with anything or any possible knowledge that you have!

you need to post a log of you attempting to record showing the problem to get ANY help on here. are you using placebo preset as well?

Still waiting for a log file with a recording in it.
By the way, turn off Windows 10 Game DVR

If you record in 240fps I would suggest to limit ingame fps to 240, too.
OBS will render your scene via GPU, so GPU load will be increased by opening OBS. This load also depends on your OBS resolution+framerate. With 240fps in OBS, I would expect at least 15-20% higher GPU load and therefore lower ingame fps or rendering problems in OBS.

I added a log file in the attached files... check that out?

Nope, in that log there is only OBS start, changing some some settings, but no recording/stream.
Limit ingame FPS to your recording fps, and you will be fine.

The thing is though, I dont have to be recording for my fps to drop, and if I lower my ingame FPS, it continues to decrease, it doesnt stop there.

Start OBS, start stream/recording, play a few minutes. Click on stop recording / stop stream but do not close OBS.
Click on Help > log > upload log file
Post the returning url in this forum.

Hm, seems like something is missing at the end of that log (no frame output in there).
But i see monitor_catpure and game_capture in the same scene, which is not, what you want. Use only game_capture.
