Question / Help OBS flickering on Windows 10

Hi there. Having trouble getting started on OBS due to this flicker. OBS works fine with my capture card on my friend's laptop, and other recording software works without the flicker on my laptop. Was wondering if there's a setting I've missed that could help fix this? Thanks.
