OBS flickering on Display Capture mode

As the title says, I got flickering in that particular mode i.e. when recording the desktop plus browser, but not in games even with the maximum refresh ratio of 144, games are able to run capped at max FPS or smoothly with VRR when they do not. I can provide further videos if anyone needs to see they got a similar issue, but as said, it's a random flickering which occurs inconsistently and seems to appear more often when stressing the browser, loading various videos, scrolling through comments and/or changing tabs rapidly.. I don't know what might be causing this issue, reason why I came to the forums of the recording software in use. I will leave some specs and information below in the meantime in case they were needed.
- Windows 11 22H2
- MSI z270 gaming M3 MOBO (latest BIOS)
- INTEL i7-7700K @4.9 GHz CPU (stable OC & UV)
- CRUCIAL Ballistix DDR4 @3600 MHZ RAM (8X4 GB sticks = 32 GB)
- AMD Radeon VII GPU (stable UV)
- WD Black SN850 NVMe (1 TB)
- CM V850 Gold PS (850 W)
- LG 27GN880-B MONITOR (1440p, 144 HZ)

To provide further information, in the log appears this (I can repeat the process and send the full log if someone needs it):
'HevcRateControlMethod': AMF_INVALID_ARG

And here is the 'Game Capture' mode which works flawlessly in games, I have tested a few though and I have no problems with neither of them.

The only complaint I might have is that the videos result darker than in the 'Display Capture' mode which appears to be broken for my specs, even when as I said before, the resources implied in that mode are much less intensive than in triple A games.. I am really looking forward some help because I might end up needing a working solution to record desktop related scenarios, even more than trivial gaming. Any help is appreciated.. I can do step-by-step suggestions, or whatever is necessary to narrow down the problem.

Just to update, the only workaround I've found so far is to set the integer value for the fps to ~90 when in Display Capture mode.. I hope the developers are able to raise the limit of this value so people with high refresh ratios can record their display with full support.. that's it.
