Question / Help OBS files not working with Premiere

So I wanted to edit some of my footage from the recordings I did with OBS but everytime I lay the file into Premiere then it goes into a long rectangle and is green and glitching out. I want to record with OBS rather than fraps although seems like ill have to stick around with fraps unless there is a solution?
 
I have and done that too with my livestream and it works fine there but I also added custom encoder crf=0 vbv-maxrate=0 vbv-bufsize=0
 
Try it without those custom parameters. Let's first work towards getting Premie to load the output properly.
 
What it works now when I removed it.. Hmm Thought I tried it out already, oh well dem human mistakes lol Thanks for the help anyway!
