OBS Fails to stream please see attached pic. I updated the driver I'm using windows 10 intel i7

It's my first time setting up Obs I never got it to Steam, so I'm not sure but my graphics card on my laptop
is NVIDIA Geforce GTX 560M there is also an Intel (R) Graphics 3000. will I need to use an older version of Obs?
or could it be the firewall?
