OBS fails to start. Seems to be an ongoing problem?

Good morning!

When I start OBS it fails to open the UI, but the program shows to be running in the task manager background apps. I have tried uninstalling/reinstalling, deleteing the %appdata/obs-studio folder, etc. Once I have rebuilt the sources and other preferences it seems to be functioning properly, until I close the program. Once I close the program the issue starts over I have attached the most current log. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you! This was a huge help! I recently reinstalled the OS on my Dell and the Backup component of Dell Support Assist would fail to fully install. I uninstalled the Dell Backup plugin and so far it seems to have remedied the issue. I'll put OBS through a work day and update if the problem reappears. Thanks again!
