OBS/Facebook connection issue

Hey all, starting a month ago I started having a weird facebook live connection problem. I can only get the feed to connect once, otherwise I have to exit OBS and whatever browser i'm using before reopening them, even then it won't always connect. I think I attached my fault logs correctly. Thanks for any help.
