Question / Help OBS Extremely Choppy

I have posted a thread previously, however even when I set everything to extremely low settings, such as 768/432 output resolution, it is still just as choppy as before. When on 60 FPS 1920/1080 output, it has the exact same choppiness. Using the AMD Hardware setting instead of Software x264 does not change anything. I am also getting an error while trying to start a recording:

You have rendering lag, not so much encoding lag, which means your graphics card is not fast enough to support both OBS and the thing you want to capture (probably some game). To decrease the GPU demands of OBS, reduce the canvas size to the output size and fit the sources into the smaller area. For example, in the log you use canvas size 1920x1080, which is your monitor resolution, and output size 1280x720. To reduce the amount of processing for OBS, also reduce the canvas size to 1280x720. If you try an even lower resolution, reduce both. In addition to that, reduce the GPU demands of the thing you capture (game or whatever) by limiting its fps, activating vsync, and turn down the graphics complexity in the game settings.
