Question / Help OBS Exiting with Audio Exception whenever I try to Stream or Preview

I had OBS up and running in the past, but recently it has become more and more difficult to stream with it. More often it was dropping frames and stuttering. After just over a month away from streaming, and I tried to use it to record my desktop, only for it to chuck up an error when I hit the "preview" button, and then exiting.

The exception I receive from OBS is: Cannot initialize desktop audio sound, more info in the log file.

However, when I analyze the log file, I get the following:
Weak CPU

You appear to be using an AMD APU. This is a very weak CPU which will likely not be able to stream at an acceptable quality without significant resolution downscaling or low FPS.

No sources found

You do not appear to have added any sources to your scenes which will result in black output from OBS. Please read the help file or use one of the getting started guides from the guides forum for help setting up OBS.

My log file, cut to just the last half-ish of the file:

15:26:03: Loading up D3D10 on AMD Radeon HD 6320 Graphics (Adapter 1)...

This is the same with all my scenes, and I've confirmed that my sources are working. Yes, I am using an AMD APU, but this hasn't stopped me from streaming in the past, so I don't know what's changed, or why it would stop me from streaming now.

I have made sure that my audio drivers are up to date, but I'm really not sure what else to try. Any help with this would be really appreciated.
