Question / Help OBS.exe- System Error

So i have a 64-bit system and wanted to stream using the 64-bit version of the programme but it says'' The programme can't start becauses d3dx10_43.dll is missing from your computer.Try reinstalling the programme to fix this problem.'' I reinstalled but it didn't worked. Any tips?

Run that to make sure you have the latest version of DirectX. (Just because Windows tells you it has DirectX 11 does not mean it's the latest revision)

i too am getting this issue with my fresh installation of win7. i thought dx10 was inside dx11 which comes in win7?

They're two different implementations which means that they can receive updates separately. OBS makes use of features from the updated version so you'll have to update in order to ensure compatibility.

yeap, i just downloaded some directX runtime updater something or other from the MS website and now all is well.
