Question / Help OBS Error - Failed to Initialize Video : Unspecified Error! Windows 7

Hello OBS! I am a new OBS user! I got many good reviews about the software and wanted to use it! I Downloaded it and installed it! When i tried to run it i saw a error!
The error was - Failed to initalize Video : Unspecified Error

Try updating the drivers for your GPU... that said I don't think your GPU supports DX10.1 or OpenGL 3.2 (which OBS requires).

Also your CPU is really underpowered.

Yea! ik! it's updated but still i see it! i see supported Directx - 9.c
and dosen't support Open GL D:
