Looks like a filter or plugin. remove streamFX and see if it goes away.

I think I'm having the same problem for many months now. Luckly it doesn't seem to affect anything negatively, but it is really annoying.

Crashes on exit are almost always caused by 3rd party plugins not cleaning up properly.
