OBS Entry Point Not Found

I'm getting an error of "The procedure entry point _aligned_malloc_ could not be located in the dynamic link library C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\MSVCP140_1.dll

Yes I uninstalled OBS Studio and reinstalled like 4 times.
Yes I have the Microsoft Visual C+++ files installed.
Yes I have that dll file too.

I'm so close to giving up because no one has helped me.

From what I remember it's a mismatch from various runtimes
A friend of mine had a similar issue and used this video to solve it
