OBS Encoding Overloaded after doing some solutions

So i have this problem since February 17, 2021, In the past i haven't gotten any encoding issues with my past hdd.
System Specs:
CPU: Intel Core i3-3217U CPU @ 1.80GHz
GPU: Intel HD Graphics 4000
Installed RAM: 8 GB, 7.88 GB Usable
Windows OS:
Edition: Windows 10 Pro
Version: 20H2
Installed on: ‎2/‎17/‎2021

do you want to hear my honest opinion? Your computer is 9 years old now, I don't think it's time to break up.
it will probably be due to the last windows update


then you can't do anything or try to switch to linux maybe it'll run a little longer

ikr but I can't upgrade yet to a new one but obs worked fine last year
