OBS encoding overload causing PC to crash

Issue with Recording in OBS.
My specs: GPU 3080, CPU i9-9900k.
My issue: Encoding overload error after countless settings changes and this encoding error freezes my game and PC becomes unresponsive and needs to be hard restarted by holding down power button on PC.

I have been recording "Dead by Daylight " gameplay and this is where the issue takes place. No issues with games when not recording.
What I've tried already: Run OBS in Admin mode, use NVENC (new), lower quality settings, unplug second monitor that is 60hz so only a 144hz monitor is plugged in and captured, Change the scaling from 1080 to 720, using my CPU as encoder and possibly more.

If your PC becomes unresponsive and you need to power cycle your PC, you have some kind of hardware issue. It may be overheating, bad memory, bad power supply, or outdated/improper device drivers. A well designed healthy PC doesn't crash this way.

I managed to fix it. It was my Hard Drive. Once I switched my Drive to a better SSD for the recording path I havent had the issue since.
