OBS Encoding Overload after 90 Minutes Streaming

Hello, While streaming Balatro (with the multiplayer mod) to Youtube and Twitch via Restream.io I have on multiple occasions been hit with Encoding Overload errors after roughly 90 minutes of streaming. I did a 2.5 hour stream while playing single player and could not replicate the issue. I disabled my source-record plugin and that did not fix the issue. I updated OBS, graphics and CPU drivers, neither of which solved the issue.

This is the log with the error: https://obsproject.com/logs/vTdDPO1GJWnlfPzk

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 9700X 8-Core Processor
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 Ti
RAM: 64 gigs DDR5

Any help appreciated. Thanks.

1. The Hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling ("HAGS") feature in Windows is currently known to cause performance and capture issues with OBS, games and overlay tools. We recommend disabling it via these instructions as a troubleshooting step. Be sure to restart after disabling it.
2. Run OBS as Admin.
3. Display, Window and Game Capture all interfere with each other. Never put them in same scene (2kGC Youtube Recording Main Prime & 2k2k Youtube Recording Main Prime).
4. Make sure that your enabled plugins are compatible with the newest version of OBS and are up-to-date.
5. Hardware Encoding Overload is overloaded hardware. In OBS go to Settings, Output, Recording, and set Multipass Mode to Single Pass and disable Look-ahead and Adaptive Quantization. [Apply] [OK] Those all use additional GPU.
