I'd like to rerport an issue that has happened to me recently i usualy use obs for the virtual camera to use my phone as a webcam during virtual meeting or to stream but recently my video stream is very very laggy the preview is totaly fine but output for example on dicord is very choppy like 0.5fps also the encoding frameskips are at 0 before i open an other app but right when i open something else that obs it starts not working like 99.9% oft the frames are skipped could tou please help me fix this i really need it for work
