OBS Encoder overload

Hello
I seem to have a problem with obs the last 2 to 3 months
the problem is that i get a lot of encoder overload while recording
but when im streaming on even higher settings i have no problems at all
this is what makes it even stranger
i tryed everything reinstalling waiting for updates incase i was not the only one even the update from today didn't fix the problem

hope there is anyone that had or has the same problem and has some more ideas
