Lately OBS recording has thrown me error messages every time I stream and record more than an hour.
The error message says " Recording error: An encoder error occurred while recording.", then OBS stopped recording by itself, but streaming still run smoothly. Then if I were to start recording again, or do something else like open settings, OBS would crash, often with chrome and windows also crashed. And there is one time when I tried to start recording again after the error, my screen turned black and after everything showed up again my screen had small dots forming lines, and the screen resolution looks small or like zoomed in. And somehow, the dots are gone after I restarted my laptop.
This only happened since about 6 weeks ago, and I'm not sure what causes this.
I can't find the logs files of when the dots happened, because it happened few weeks ago.
These log files here are when the case are simply, error while recoding, OBS and chrome crashed, I restart them and continue streaming.
So the situation are different from when the dots happened, but same problem.
