An example of what I'm talking about can be found HERE. It's most noticeable right around 02:27:15.
Updated OBS Log
Basically, every time I try to stream or even record video using OBS Studio (v18.0.1) and my Elgato HD 60 Pro (v3.50.114(2114)), I get about half a second of freezing from the Elgato video source about every three seconds. My webcam's video does not freeze and remains fluid, however.
When I use Elgato's own software (Elgato Game Capture HD), my game footage is fluid and does not freeze every three seconds. I'm currently using Elgato's software to stream, and I hate it, but it's the only thing that works for now.
Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated.
