Question / Help OBS+Elgato HD60S Problems

Yoyo so today I just received new elgato. I setup it up.

But I have lags in league of legends I dont know how to setup it I was reading forums wathich videos and still no success. Even with sync on I have lags in my game and yes fps drop.
System Im using:

I just saw I cant play games in 2560x1440 when my elgato is pluged to PC and deskops are paired, so that means if I want record gameplay in elgato I need play just in 1920x1080?

Which is a restriction of the elgato, and not of OBS.

If you want a capture card that is capable of at least handling the 4k resolution ranges, you're going to have to switch to the blackmagic decklink or intensity lines.

And what about that streaming settings? Why league of legends is laggy when Im playing it? I was trying play with bitrate but still same....also tried 720p 30fps

Having the elgato active in the scene collection isn't helping much.

And you're going to have to explain what you mean by "laggy"

No, your problem is the streaming bitrate together with your low upstream bandwidth. Thats whats causing the game to lag.
