Hi,
I'm new to OBS and I've finally got everything working as I need it too. I'm simply recording game videos for my Youtube channel.
I have a USB mic hooked up and I'm using iShowU Capture.
When I record, I can hear the game and my mic inside of my headphones. However, the game audio is also still playing from my Macbook's built-in speakers which is creating an echo sound when I listen to the gameplay after recording. (Basically I can hear the sound in my headphones and the sound coming from my computer. I only want to hear it in my headphones) Everything is working smoothly, except for that.
Can anyone tell me how to make sure the sound stops playing from my built-in speakers and goes directly to my headphones. This way my mic will only pick up my voice and I think the echo will stop after that. I'll attach some screenshots to show my settings. Also here are my log files.
