Question / Help Obs eating CPU and dropped frame, out of the blue?

Ello, not sure whats going on, been streaming for 6 months and everything has been fine, and out of the blue obs started eating cpu 30+% when it was normally around 14% also fps just stated dropping?? I've tried everything i can think of. please help!
