Question / Help OBs drops under 30 fps but game stays stable

Hello there! :)

I picked up Fortnite again and was able to stream it with no problems at 30fps a while ago but nowadays OBS constantly drops under 30 fps even to like 15 sometimes while I stream. Ingame is fine at more than 60fps. All settings in Fortnite are on the lowest possible.
I tried both NVENC and x264.
Is it just my pc being too old atm?

PC specs:
AMD Phenom II X6 1045T 2,7 GHz
8GB RAM
NVIDIA GTX 750 with 1GB

There's not much you can do with this on a GTX 750 if you're playing Fortnite on the lowest settings besides upgrading the GPU because you're getting a lot of rendering lag on OBS.
