Obs drops to 0 bits and reconnect

Hello, i live in iraq Erbil and been having this issue for over a 2 weeks now, my obs drops to 0 bit rate and dc and reconnect. Here's my log file:

That log indicates it is your network connection (though whether LAN or internet provider can't be determined ... )

i tried changing my internet connetion and switched to another moden and tried different cable, same issue.

Same, i tried setting the dns but same issue, i also have this issue after 10 minutes of streaming

I tried switching my modem, and i've formatted my pc just recently, i don't think my isp has anything to do with it cause i have room mate who stream with the same isp, and i used to stream on their modem with the same issue.
