Noticed this somewhere around this year. Ever since then footage has massive fps drops, looking like less than 30fps at times. Nothing has really changed on my end during that time, expect windows, obs and driver updates. Settings are pretty much the same always, sometimes going couple CQP levels higher or lower. This issue is very noticeable even in games that use around 30%-10% gpu.
OBS drops gpu usage by half when recording. Footage looks less than 30 fps at times
